Tips for your barbecue
-
Ensure that the space is clean, free of ash residue and that the space is properly ventilated.
-
Use ecological firelighters to light the fire. We do not recommend using petroleum (white) firelighters.
-
Wait until the charcoal is burning before placing food on the grill.
-
After placing the food on the grill, if the fire starts to flare up, you should increase the height of the grill and do not use water on the charcoal to reduce the intensity of the flame. To reduce the intensity of the flame, you can use ashes from previous barbecues on the flame (Attention: the food must not come into contact with the ashes). Only put the food back after the ash dust disappears.
-
You should wait 24 to 48 hours before cleaning your stove to let the ashes cool.
-
If you use your stove more frequently, you should have a metal container so that the ashes can cool naturally before being discarded.
